The Hidden Opportunity Summit is a three-day experience designed to inspire, empower, and equip. From hands-on youth workshops and career-building panels to networking mixers and a celebrity charity game, this is where education, entrepreneurship, and community connection come to life.
Focused on tackling financial insecurity and expanding access to opportunity, the summit fuels financial empowerment and real-world growth—for youth, young adults, and the communities they call home.

Kids Day & Youth Empowerment Kickoff (Ages 11–18)
Where Possibility Begins
Youth ages 11–18 dive into a high-energy experience packed with S.T.E.A.M., trades, financial literacy, and clean energy sessions—building real-world skills for real-life success.
Plus: gaming, giveaways, college & career access, and a powerful send-off to inspire what’s next.

Where Opportunity Gets Activated
Young adults connect with industry leaders, educators, and changemakers for a full day of transformational programming.
Breakouts cover the business of sports, financial independence, trade entrepreneurship, and S.T.E.A.M. innovation—with The Girls’ Room spotlighting women breaking barriers.
Explore the college fair with top recruiters, resume help, and direct hiring. Then wrap the day with a powerful networking mixer built for real-world connections.

HBCU All Star Dream Classic at Rucker Park (All Ages)
Where Sports Meets Purpose
The summit finale hits the court at Rucker Park with the star-powered HBCU All-Star Dream Classic honoring the next generation.
Forty (40) of the best HBCU Basketball Players in the country journey to historic Rucker Park in Harlem to create an amazing experience for Alumni, Students, Friends and Supporters.
College Bands, Black Greek Organizations, Cheerleaders, and Cultural Influencers: The vibrant soundtrack and spirit of our events, amplifying the energy.
College Recruiters & Employers: Connecting talent with opportunity, because the game doesn't end on the court.

THO is designed for youth (ages 11–18) and young adults (ages 18–25) from underserved and inner-city communities. It’s also an exciting space for educators, community leaders, college recruiters, brand partners, and career professionals committed to mentorship and empowerment.

However, registration is required to access sessions, giveaways, workshops, and the basketball game. -

The Girls' Room is a dedicated space that empowers women and girls to explore careers in underrepresented fields like trades, finance, S.T.E.A.M., gaming, and sports. Expect panels, mentorship, workshops, and real stories from trailblazing women.
